v2.5.9: Custom footer with company name and page numbering

- Added company name on the left side of footer
- Page number remains on the right side of footer
- Footer uses same font size as summary information (size 7)
- Professional branding with company name on every page
- Enhanced footer layout for complete document identification
- Updated module version to 2.5.9
