Change button text from 'CONFIGURER LES COMPTES PCG' to 'CONFIGURATION'

Browse Source 
- Update French language file: ConfigurePCGAccounts = Configuration
- Update English language file: ConfigurePCGAccounts = Configuration
- Simplify button text for better user experience
- Maintain consistency across both languages
